Do I need to move my furniture before the crew arrives?Our crews are professionally trained to move your furniture, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved by a two man crew. However, there are several items we will not move, such as: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, waterbeds, large beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like plants, lamps and knickknacks.
Do I have to be at home while my carpet is being cleaned?It is not necessary that you be home while your carpet is cleaned because our technicians are thoroughly trained professionals you can trust. In order to provide the best possible service, we do recommend that someone is home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern regarding the care of your carpet.
How long does the carpet cleaning process take?We are able to clean approximately 10 square meter per hour. This can vary slightly depending upon the amount of soil, how much furniture needs to be moved, specialty spotting procedures, and setup time.
So how often should I have my carpets cleaned?Your carpet should be professionally cleaned once every year to 18 months, even if you vacuum regularly. Professional carpet cleaning extends the life of the carpeting and contributes to better air quality, reducing allergies and illness.
Considerations increase the frequency rate: indoor smoking, children, pets & allergies are some factors to consider when determining the ideal frequency for your home. Most of our clients are serviced every 6-12 months.
